Behavioural/temperament assessments - 2hr session at daycare  $25
To ensure all pups are guaranteed fun and safety in our day care, every dog will be required to attend a behaviour assessment done by one of our dog trainers.

Small dog: Weekday $50 - Weekend $65
Medium/Large dog: Weekday $60 - Weekend $75
Surcharge applies for public holidays: $15

one-on-one dog walk: $25 for half hour exercise walk
Flea/Tick Wash (mandatory if fleas are present): $30
Medication: $5 per administration
Injections: $15 per administration


Taxi service:
$15 each way - Illawarra
$20 each way -South Coast/Shoalhaven

Late Pickup: $10 for the first hour. Overnight rate will apply after 7pm unless prior arrangements have been made.







Check in visit: $20 per visit

In home Pet/House Sitting: ​$60 per night and includes a daily dog walk and yard clean services as needed.

NOTE: All new dogs will be required to attend a Behavioural/temperament assessment at daycare prior to attending boarding unless already a daycare client 
For out of area boarding clients - written references from local daycare/boarding/groomer required to advocate to temperament/behaviour of your dog.

Discounts:
  • Long term discount offered for stays over 30 days: 5% off entire stay
  • 5% discount offered for 3 or more pets from the same family staying at the same time (excluding all school and public holiday periods)
  • No discounts are offered during any school holiday period or public holiday peak period due to the high demand at this time as we do book out. 
Payment Terms:
  • Full payment is required 1 week prior to check in or at time of booking for peak periods.
  • Pet shuttle bookings are to be paid in full the day before pickup.
  • Prices are subject to change. If a booking is made prior to the price increase, then the booking will be charged at the new price.
  • All public holidays will incur a $15 surcharge per dog 
  • We accept cash, eftpos, & credit card: Visa & Mastercard incur a 2% credit card processing fee.
  • For long term stays over 30 days or indefinite stays we require either full payment upfront or regular payments in advance by agreement (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and a credit card must be kept on file securely in your online account.
  • cancellations less than 48hrs will be charged 50% of the total booking.
  • A valid credit/debit card must be placed on file for all bookings
